Who we are

Launch My MVP is an Australian-based MVP development service. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Waitlist email: if you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide so we can let you know when build spots open up.
• Booking details: discovery calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and any details you include. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that data.
• Payments: deposits are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and deliver our services, notify you about availability if you asked us to, and improve this website. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we don't send marketing email you haven't asked for.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of processors to operate: Vercel (hosting), Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), and Google Analytics (usage statistics). Each processes data under its own privacy policy, and some may store data outside Australia.

Access, correction, and removal

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — including removing your email from the waitlist. Book a call or reach out through any channel you've used with us and we'll action it promptly.
