What if I need changes after delivery?

You get a 7-day bug fix window: anything that is broken gets fixed at no cost. New features or changes beyond bug fixes are quoted separately, or you can take the code to any developer you like.

What happens if the build is not finished in 48 hours?

The scope agreed before the build is what gets delivered, and the price does not change if it takes longer. If something proves impossible inside the window, you are told during the build, not after it, and the balance is not charged until you have seen a working demo.

Are you an agency or a freelancer?

Neither, exactly. It is one developer running a fixed-price product service, not a team of contractors and not an hourly freelancer. You deal directly with the person writing the code.

Why fixed price, not hourly

Hourly billing puts the risk of a longer build on you. Fixed price puts it on the developer. That is the entire argument, and it is the reason the scope has to be written down first — a fixed price without a fixed scope is not a price, it is an invitation to an argument.

It also means the incentive is to finish. If the build takes sixty hours instead of forty-eight, that is our problem, and you pay $3,500 AUD either way.
